This introduction workshop supports you assessing your business idea. here, you'll delve into the essential elements of business, tailored to meet your specific needs. You'll craft a comprehensive needs assessment and a business plan canvas, setting the stage for your entrepreneurial venture.
2. Start-It Masterclass: Transforming Ideas into Reality
Our Start-It Masterclass, is a one-day intensive workshop spanning 6 hours. Here, you'll gain invaluable insights into business creation and registration, facilitated by our building block approach. Key modules include legal structure evaluation, self-employment registration, market research strategies, branding, sales tactics, financial planning, taxation, and business plan development. By the end of this masterclass, you'll leave with a clear understanding of setting up and registering a business, a detailed business plan canvas, and essential resources for ongoing support.
3. Business support webinars
We have a number of interactive business support webinars focusing on specific topics in setting up and running a business. These are open to both pre and post start businesses located in Solihull and cover a range of topics from VAT to AI, Tax returns to google marketing helping you supercharge your business.
